Joseph B. Summers, PE – President
Mr. Summers is an electrical engineer by degree and is registered in several states as a professional engineer. He has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial and commercial building projects.
He was a principal in charge for the Basin Creek (Butte, Montana) and Alberta Newsprint Power Plants in Butte, Montana and Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada respectfully from conceptual design through final construction.
Lyle D. Wachtel, PE – Vice President
Mr. Wachtel is an electrical engineer with an MBA. He has over 30 years of experience in capital project development and operation management of utility operations.
Recent experience includes the design and development of Solar PV generation projects ranging 15KW to 500KW.
